SHIPPING RATES COST BecRaArt currently offers 4 shipping rate fees which considers averages of products weight, dimensions and destination. The 5 rates currently are: Free Shipping on orders to $12.00 $ 6.95 on orders $12.00-$50.00 $12.95 on orders $50.00-$100.00 $16.85 on orders over $100.00 Free Shipping promotions per coupon code qualification SHIPPING METHODS BecRaArt uses different carriers and your package may be shipped per USPS, FedEX Ground or UPS Ground. Expected delivery time for in stock items is 5-10 business days, out of stock items may require 10-14 business days, pre-sale items delivery estimates are announced on the website per individual product descriptions. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Currently BecRaArt offers domestic standard shipping service to 48 states within the United States. Excluded are Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES Please check your tracking information provided by BecRaArt on your shipping notification email. If tracking shows the package as delivered but it's not at your address, search around the delivery location and ask neighbors. If the package is not found and tracking indicates it was delivered, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier. After filing a claim, you may need to wait for a period of time for the shipping carrier to investigate. Follow up with them if you haven't heard back within the expected time-frame. If you suspect theft, you may consider reporting the missing package to the local police. Also notify customer service at BecRaArt per email or chat message of the incident or if you have any questions. INCORRECT ADDRESSES All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. BecRaArt nor Shine On Gifts, LLC will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. *A $14.50 Fee will be added to your bill on ground shipments when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number / apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match. *Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored. *Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers / apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored. REFUSED DELIVERIES In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient (on signature required orders) all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the members bill and the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to the warehouse and any address correction fees. NOTES: *Custom orders shipping time will be calculated at the time the order is requested. Notice will be emailed to the customer per contact information received. *Wholesale and bulk orders shipping time and fees will be calculated at the time the order is requested and notice emailed to the customer per contact information received. **Shipping rates are subject to change and a new shipping policy update will be published. ***Overnight, two or three business days delivery service may be offered if customers request it. ***International Shipping may be added if enough customer demand is present.
